In Ayurveda, prana is the life force in every living thing. For a botanical ingredient, that life is set long before extraction: where the plant grew, when it was harvested and how carefully it was handled.
Many of the botanicals the global supplement industry depends on come from India: ashwagandha from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, coleus and garcinia from the south, senna from Tamil Nadu, psyllium from Gujarat, and turmeric from across the country.
We took our name from that idea because our work starts at the source. We need to know where and when a crop is grown, which facility extracts it best, and how to turn it into a lot that a QC lab in Lyon, Seoul or New Jersey will accept first time.
What we do
