Who we are
Prana Botanics LLP ("we", "us") is a supplier and exporter of botanical extracts based in India. For any privacy question, email privacy@pranabotanics.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through our quote and sample forms, by email or by WhatsApp: your name, company, business email, phone number, country, sample delivery address and the details of your inquiry. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes and samples. This is a step taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on business inquiries and keep business records. This is our legitimate interest in running a B2B business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations such as export, customs and tax record-keeping (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, the EU and UK GDPR.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our email and website hosting providers, our form-processing provider, and couriers and freight forwarders when we ship samples or orders. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in India, so information you send us from other countries is processed in India. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start a business relationship. In that case we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as Indian tax and export law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we process it, or provide it to you in a portable format. Email privacy@pranabotanics.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or, in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.
